Default tranny on its way out?

I have a 97 f22b2 that i have boosted and i've noticed lately the the car will shift on its own out of the blue. I'm starting to think the tranny is on its way out. So i've started looking to buy the parts to do a swap. My question is what kind of tranny should I use? I want it to be as strong as possible since I plan on going above 10lbs in the long run boost wise. Right now I'm running 5 with methanol.

Suggestions?
