5 Zigen exaust for Type R on GSR?

5 Zigen exaust for Type R on GSR?
Will a full catback 5zigen Fireball exaust for a '98 Type R bolt right onto a '94 GSR coupe? I have a friend that is selling his off of his type R, and is giving me a good deal. Any info is good.
