Default sticky gas pedal on V6 accord 2001 auto

it just started happening. but the gas pedal is getting kinda sticky. it is felt the most when i just lightly depress the pedal. when i press really far down it will feel ok. each day tho, i seems to be more sticky and lower as i press on the gas. this stickiness will not allow me to start on the gas smoothly. makes me start off jerky.

what could it be and what needs to be done to fix it?

personal thoughts:

the cable is old and needs to be replaced,

throttle body is dirty and needs to be cleaned (i heard it shouldnt be oiled or greased cause it will attract more dirt and debrise over time),

just change out the throttle body.

any solution?

Clean the butterfly with throttle body cleaner while engine is off.

Hello,

It happends that I have the same problem. As I am not an english native I do not understand exactly the solution.
Could you please provide some pictures of the part that must be cleaned and the exact location or a french translation.
Or a more detailed explanation as in "for dummies" collection

Thank you very much
