Default wheel specs... need new ones, lend a hand if you can!

I have a friend who is planning on getting a set of work emotions in the spring. He has a set of 2000 si wheels that i have my eye on. the deal is, he needs a set of 15 inch steelies due to the fact that he has a set of tires that will fit that size. not sure what the tires are, but hes worried about the offset. he believes that the steelies he needs are off of a 2001+ civic ex. either way, if someone could provide me with the full specs of both of these sets of wheels, i would appreciate it. I currently have a 93 si, so if someone could throw in the ifo on those wheels as well, Id send meany thanks your way.

wheel specs
93 si
2000 si
2001+ ex

thanks!
