Ok, so last night i was driving on the freeway and something about my car didn't sound right!!! so i start slowing down and as i'm slowing down it starts making this loud banging noise towards the front by the driver side under the car!!! i thought i had a flat and the tire had stripped off, but it was fine! I kept driving and the weird thing is that while it's on gear and driving there is no loud banging noise, but as soon as i let go of the gas it starts and as it slows down even more it gets louder!!!! WTF is that!!!!!!!! I tried getting AAA at 2 in the morning but i had to wait 3 hours , so it's sittin there till later on tonight??? any ideas on what the problem might be?????

 

another thing i need to add is that i had an oil leak on my transmission, i took it to a local shop so he could replace the tranny seal where the axle goes!!! it was supposed to "fine" after that but i'm not sure if it's relevant to the issue!!! thanx in advance for you help

 

Maybe a the drive shaft?? I have not experianced anything like you described, but that is the only thing I can really think of that would have been messed with.
