Default 98 civic coupe, then and now

Got her about 3 and a half years ago...looking like this

Not bad for a first car, but has some good potential so i played around with a few things, threw on some carbon fiber, new wheels, headlights, a drop...ended up like this

Alot of people will say that the hood it too ricer or whatnot, but my feeling was as long as i kept it clean it was all good. So i rolled with it like that for a good 6 or 8 months and one day at school some kid jumped on the hood...which as you can imagine ended in disaster. Got a new hood (courtesy of the kids bank account) then the next day i was driving on the freeway and an 18wheeler decided he didnt want his tire anymore...threw it my way. That basically destroyed the entire front end of my car..so i decided to take it in a different direction.
A little facelift...

And since then its only changed abit...

I like the hood much better now...I hate idiots in high school that would have little enough sense to jump on a Carbon Fiber hood

Anyway, looks clean man, just not feeling the lip. Good progress

Yeah those are the two most common suggestions i get. The lip i like, yeah its ebay but i dont think that the real si lip does enough, and the wheels i kind agree with. I am not SUPER fond of them but i have yet to see a nice set of reasonably priced wheels that would compliment the car better.

Guess i could show the internal progression also:
As it started:

Then it got ugly:

As it sits now, still needs some cleaning up:

No offense, but I'm glad the tire took out the front of your car, looks way better now. Glad you're okay though, of course.
