Default d1imports tim possibly frauding over $4000 from several people?

not sure if this is the right place to put it but seems like a good place to put this since this guy is from socal.

goes by:
timothy
Tim Michaels
Hyun kim

cell number:
909 967 1984

works with:
d1imports

uses paypal id:
d1imports@yahoo.com
bippuparts@yahoo.com

ebay:
IHATEFORD
(if you go on his feedbacks, youll see one or two familiar names who is on nwp and also here i believe)

email:
mk2drifter@yahoo.com

people who has been scammed by him, or think they are being scammed by him

http://www.clublexus.com/forum...age=1

http://www.nissansilvia.com/fo...44947

http://www.supraforums.com/for...27855

but why do i have the feeling that people know he is out there but dont want to say anything? if he is from socal, and the shop is real? shouldnt someone know about d1imports? or at least heard of it? everyone i ask on HT about the shop seems to know nothing about them. and nothing about this TIM guy. which i find odd.

might not be the right place to put this thread but please BUMP if you view. i want as many people to see as possible before more people get scammed by him.

i have done some research on him. he have or had a 90-93 honda accord. possible have a white g35 sedan with some low offset wheels. that myspace may, or may not be his. but it is private so i cant really see. others are saying him and d1imports are just "friends". but i think they are the same person or close friends who is scamming people all over. they had a website that i went thru. it looked legit. now all of a sudden the site is down? there are too many people getting scammed by this guy. luckily for me, i filed a claim right before the 45 days were over, and paypal favored me. but this guy "tim" dont have any money in his account for paypal to take back. but luckily for me i used a credit card that was linked to the paypal. credit card company is investigating the claim as we speak, and said i should have the money credited back really soon. only bad thing is, i will still lose $260 regardless. because i alreaady had 260 in my paypal, and paypal have no fraud protection for anything purchased outside of ebay. but better to lose that 260 then 3k! so for now, i feel a little better. ill feel a whole lot better when my money is in my account... and even more when i find this guy

please bump this because i know someone here knows of this guy.

So just because the thread is 4 years old makes it stupid to bring back up? just trying to see if anyone got any info on these dudes.. I'm still trying to run into this dude since I got more time on my hands now. If you don't know or don't care, do what others do and just don't post..
