Default Immobilizer with auto to manual swap

Hello all. I've just done an automatic to manual swap on my wife's 2001 LX coupe. I got an ECU from a salvage yard. I'm not sure, but I think the key has the immobilizer chip in it. If so, any thoughts on bypass this without the need to get towed to the dealer (besides K-pro)?
Thanks in advance for your constructive comments.

You don't get much choice, because the ECU won't function without that code. Your dealership shouldn't charge too much for a re-flash. But, in all reality, you shouldn't have a problem running your automatic transmission ECU on a car with a manual transmission swap.

Yes, I did the work myself. The dealer charged me $100.00 for the Immobilizer swap to the manual ECM.
