I have a 95 honda accord lx. The speedometer began to flick up and down intermittently for a while and the D4 light would flash. Now the speedometer is completely out and the D4 is on all the time. Not only that but the check engine light is on and sometimes when slowing down and shifting down the car with rev up then go back to normal.I know the D4 is a code. I just want to have an idea of what it could possibly be before I take the car to Honda and get ripped off. If anyone has any idea of what this could be, I would really appreciate it. Thanks

Thanks. Thats what I thought it was. I called honda and they said it would be like 140 to fix. Has anyone ever changed one? Is it easy to change? I just don't want to get ripped off by these honda dealers.
