yes they will fit but, they will leave a gap on the bottom part of the seat around the edges(btwn the side pannels) just like all integra seats in hatchbacks. to cure this my friend went to an upholstry shop and had them make him some sued pollows to stick in the gaps and you can hardly tell they where there. (I think he got them for around $30)

ITR rear seats will not fit a coupe, unless they are from a 4dr Integra with solid seatbacks.... 
The ITR "coupe" rear seat backs are split and lock in an upright position at different points then the solid rear seatback of a civic coupe.
