I acquired a SI engine harness so i could throw in a gsr swap in to my 99-00 CX. Problem is that there is only 2 ecu plugs on the SI Harness instead of 3 like my SOHC Harness? Where do i get/find the other ecu plug?

sounds like you have a 96-98 Civic Ex harness

 

hmm i don't think so? has p2t on it and both of the ecu plugs plugged in fine.

 

Use your CX harness and add the wires you need.

 

 

hmmm.....does the chassis harness have the green plug and another ecu plug or is it just 2 plugs all together.
