Default need evry tourqe spec 4 the cylinder head!

okay guys i need help im putting my b16b head back together and i need all the torque specs for everything on the head i was gonna put some blox stage 3 cams on but decided to stick with the stock so now i need to torque everything back together and yeah i need them so if anyone can help me and get me the torque spec for everything in the cylinder head THANKS!!

lol, you took apart your cylinder head without a helms, thats a good way to expletive up everything.

buy a helms, or leave the wrenching to the pro's

You really think someone on here is going to look up and list off the all the torque specs for the dozens of different bolts for you?

Just buy the silly manual . . . a pdf version costs all of 6 dollars on eBay.

Lumpy's got a very well intentioned point here. If you didn't loosen everything in the proper order and with the correct amount of force the damage may already be done.

The vague nature of your question in itself kinda tells us you probably know nothing about what you've just done or your extremely lazy going about it.

But since you've at least taken the time to ask, and hopefully realize you do need these numbers; here's a nudge in the right direction, against all my better judgement.
