Painting a lip on wheels****??? help! i searched
i picked up some fresh 14' steelies for the winter.
they are stock oem silver
i have a teal eg hatch
i wana do black with green lip
what do i do first ?
tape off tire and paint wheel green then tape off lip then paint center black?
or do black and then tape off center off wheel and do lip?
is there a write up?
particular paint?
how am i going to get the tape perfectly round around the wheel?

Paint the lip then mask it off to paint the inner part.
I had only used duplicolor wheel paints.
Look in the wheels section of h-t
