Suspension Guru's put your .02
car: EG
motor: h22
I've been doing a lot of research on my new suspension setup,
and i've come down to the spring rates now on my ground controls.
I've search around a lot and read what other people are running and
have also been reading about the difference in higher rates in the front compared
to the back as well vice versa.
I want the car to be pretty well rounded, its mainly a fun DD, taken to the track and also spiritly driven on twisties.
what i've come down to is 425F/450R, add a little oversteer to counter the understeer and a bit higher rating in the back for the *** drag when launching at
the track.
What do yall think of those rates? Pros and Cons?

More like WAY too much for stock shocks.
But I didn't see where the OP said he was running stock shocks. I should certainly hope not with an H22 engine in a Civic.

Exactly. OP needed to specify.

ok to clarify it would be bought from ground control obviously with custom rates (425F/450R) and koni yellow shocks.
now opinions? I want to know if it is a bad idea to have it stiffer in the rear, should I switch that up to 450F/425R or what?
