what ECU are you going to use for the swap?

Don't waste your money on the Apex'i NEO. If you're going to be running a chipped P28, you're obviously going to get the car tuned when you boost it, so the NEO is a waste of money.

Good luck.

well im getting the greddy one 80% because it comes with an emanage...and the other 20% is cuz im thinking like a ricer and i like the name....lol

i was looking into other kits that include an fmic for less...but they dont come with injectors and ****. i know i can buy the emanage seperate along with larger injectors...but i guess im being lazy and i dont feel like looking around. anyways, if you guys are running turbines on your b16, what do you personally reccomend?

EManage = Garbage. Besides, with your chipped P28 it's useless to you. My advice? Look in the F/I forum for a "Turbo B16" thread. It's there, but you'll have to search the archives. Or go through the recent threads.

And for what you pay for the GReedy kit, you could get a better one.

My guess is he bought the P28 to use to tune the car with.

The only USDM B16 ECU is the P2T, it's OBD-II for the 99-00 Si. If he intends on running a boosted car, he'll need that P28 and some sort of engine management for tuning purposes.

Actually you're right. The Si had the B16A2, withthe Del Sol having the B16A3.

Same motor, different chassis. I don't remember the ECU for the Del Sol, it was OBD-II as well.

no, the b16a3 is obd1 i know theres a lot of confusion going around but the only b16 stateside that is obd2 is the b16a2 that came in EM1's the b16a3 came in the 94-95 del sol dohc vtec. im not sure if im right, but p28 IS obd1 right?

oh yeah, and again, the b16a3 is obd1 regardless of what anyone else says, because i have one sitting over here
