Ignition help

I just bought a 95 Accord Ex 140k and it is very clean for the age but the ignition is hard to turn. If I mess with it I can get it to turn. Is there a trick to this or is it just worn out?

try wiggling the steering wheel or if auto, try working the shift lever around a little in park. You could also shoot some WD-40 in the key slot to see if that improves the situation.
