Is Intake Manifold Build-Up Normal?

Around throttle cable i cleaned opened the throttle and wiped a bit and a bunch of shiz was on the rag.

well..? do i need to spray some fuel injection cleaner in there? cmon guys

its common. dont spray cleaner in there. take it out and clean it then reinstall it
