Default 97 Honda Auto Trans Problem

I have a 97 Honda, non vtec, and had the Trans rebuilt about 3 years ago. It was slipping upon accelleration and driving slow wouldn't shift. The trans shop said it needed a rebuild. So had it done. 13 months later, same thing. So I pulled it out and rebuilt it myself. I replaced the converter and I checked the solenoids and they tested good then. Now, about 12 months later, it is doing it again.

Just not sure on my next step. Possibly rebuild it and replace solenoids this time?? The car has around 175,000 miles on it. Any thoughts?
