Ok well im new here so ill introduce myself. Im brady and im from indiana. One of my friends told me to come here for help. I have a 1995 dx. So when i go to start my car sometimes, it wont start. Doesnt turn over or anything, but you can here the fuel pump prime. When i mess with a ground wire it will start. So i replaced all the engine grounds and that still wasnt it. Thought it might be the main relay assembly so got a new one of those and thats not it either. Cleaned all the battery terminals and replaced the starter. Still does this. What could it be? Ignition? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

 

Are you saying just sometimes it doesn't start? A select few times? How often...be more specific...

 

And if i don't get time to give you a few possible answers...

My guess might be your main relay

 

Pretty much just when the cars warm. 90% of the time when its cold it starts, but everytime i get in and drive it for a minute and shut it off and try to start it, i have nothing

 

Yeah, it sounds to me like your main relay, had a similar problem on my 90 accord
