Okay I crank up the civic & it makes a weird *** noise for a second.
Friend told me ABS its kind of like a whining noise...
I just hope its nothing serious kind of paid too much for this car
and its only got 150k

 

for how long does the noise appear?

 

1.5 2.0 seconds? its only on crank up... could it be abs or p/s
& everytime it does it RPMs drop just barely.
