i drive a 95 civic hb si.
i was messing around the other day putting my bro 13'' donuts on and guess what, they fit?
Is this normal or has my disc brake been switched to a smaller one?
Because i know my sis 95 ex coupe would not fit and im pretty sure the brake set-up on the si and ex are the same.

yeah 13's should be scraping your caliper pretty bad if you could even get it on there on there. i have a 93 si and it scraps when i put hx's on before i grinding the caliper down just a little bit. so someone prob did change them. where did you get your si at?

are there two version's of brakes on the 93 SI model? cause i have a 93 SI as well and when i was getting brakes the guy told me if i had the bigger brake rotors or the smaller one (forgot the measurements)? also aren't the hx's wheels 14's? the hx's should fit no problem...

Bought my car from guy in oregon. i still think I got a good deal ou of it so im not that bummed out. Going to upgrade the suspension later on anyways.
