The GSR head offers like .3 more compression points. So your compression will go from 10.1:1 to 10.4:1. The JDM B16A makes 10 more HP at that compression level.
You might be able to make more....I believe the GSR cams are a bit bigger.

but be careful, the B16 head flows better and it shares the same cast as the ITR head. I would cam a B16 head with new valves and springs, you'll get more out of it.
