not feeling the z3 fenders..or the side marker, and why the close up of a rattle can flat black paint?

rattle can flat black can be done good sometimes, i wanted to do flat black on my old 88T supra with rattle can and a fat graffiti tip to minimize tiger stripes.

im not felling the fenders either the car came with them and some civic fenders. i chose them, until i get some stock ones. and the sidemarker was for sh*ts n giggles.
but i did a close up cause everyone always asks for one. i wish i could fint one of the graffiti tips for it so it sprays in a line not a circle.

you can usually find them at skate shops ( the small ones) or graffiti shops. there are a lot if different tips, caligraphy (sp?) tips spray a flat line, and there are a bunch more that do different things. NY fats, skinnys, etc

ive used the circle tips and not made tiger strips. just overlap your spray patern. if you still get tiger strips then do a 2nd coat going at a diagonal angle. just a little tip my instructors told the guys who didnt know how to paint.

I wanna start the rolled paint job, why not go that way man? I'm in your boat, cept I'm 17 and have no job. (I have 7 classes man, 3 of them are college classes, I'm just busy!)

I also heard that it isn't about the temperature and its more about the humidity. Since you're in IA and I'm just in MN, I assume your winters are as bad as ours. I always thought winters were dry but the last few days weatherbug has been saying 75-80% humidity.

in gonna to be going to the one in Chicago Illinois . or glendale heights same thing. and i want to do the 50$ paintjob but heres a pic of my last car i spray bombed when i was 15
i know the fenders are the uglyest things youve ever seen i think the same way. but i paid 240$ for the car it was rusty and i fixed all that and it had one horrible fender and the guy said he bought another one for it and when i tried to fit it on the car i found out it was off an accord lol. so my buddy gave me these then i ended up swapping the motor out of the civic for another d15b nd traded the civic for an 86 laser turbo because the civic was about to blow. the kid ended up locking the keys in the civic like a week after i traded him and broke the back side window to get in and then painted it pink with a paint roller. ohh and the guy traded the ( ugly ) rims i paid 200$ for traded them for a set of 6x9 speakers. but it was his car i guess i will just watch who my old stuff goes to i hate watching older civics go to the yard.
