OEM lug nuts question...06-08 Civic
Are all 06-08 Civic lug nuts the same? Reason I ask is the guy buying my wheels, asked if his lug nuts on his car (4dr LX) will fit the Si wheels going on his car.
I wouldn't see why not but I just want to make sure before I give him wrong info, for what ever reason they are different.

Hum, someone just told me that "LX lugnuts are designed to hold on the hubcap, and are completely different, and might not seat properly due to the plastic."

They are correct.
My previous answer was wrong. I forgot about that. My apologies.
Honda/Acura cars using alloy wheels (like your Si wheels) which don't have plastic wheel covers use a simple steel lug nut. If he needs to buy a set, you can get them at your local auto parts store; remember to ask for lug nuts with a ball-shaped seat. They're a little over a dollar apiece at Autozone.
