Default reviews on seasonal tire tote?

anyone using these tire totes?
how do you like them?
how is the durability?

I'm considering getting a set, to make it easier and cleaner, to bring them from my basment, to track days/autox

they work great.
my friend has a set.
reduces the chances of the wheels gettin nicked up. and keeps your car clean from the tires.

When I store mine in the basement I just put a piece of cardboard on the floor, stack my wheels/tires on the cardboard and cover it up with a table cloth. In 2005 I actually first put them in plastic bags and then the way I described above.

But if you care about your interior (aka new car or car nut) it's not a bad investment. I've owned only 1 new car in my life So the others I didn't care too much with the trunk area :D

I have a set of them, they are certainly handy during rainy events.

Tire Totes are not waterproof. They only cover the tire part; you can also buy "wheel felts" to cover the wheel faces, but they're still not watertight.

They're nice, of course. But...

Tire Totes from the Tire Rack, $39.90 for four:

Competing, waterproof product from Lowe's, $7.64 for 48:
