Does tokico make a illumina suspension kit for the coupes??
I bought one for my crx and i loved it. Want to add one on the wife's coupe too but can't find the application.

 

No they dont make illumina's for our cars, they make DSpec's for newer Em2's, They also make blues...but they arent as good as the dspecs. You could also look into Koni's or KYB's.

 

i heard the blues suck but maybe because people slam their cars with those. Tokico makes a blue's and spring kit so its got to last. Blue's are known to blow but i know they are stock replacements not meant to be used with slammed springs. The tokico springs for the em2 coupe is only 1.4" drop all around

 

i thought the blues were meant for lower vehicles, im not talking about 3in drop but like 0-2in drop, i dunno my friend has his on his es1 for about 2 years with 1.7in drop, none of them are blown yet

 

ive heard of blues blowing too, as far as tokico goes, with em2's Dspec's best bet

 

But i guess tokico designed there springs for the blues so they should be fine.

Dspec is too much money, i don't need all those adjustments for a daily driver

 

if u wanna go with kyb then get the agx (the red ones). but if u wanna go with tokiko then get the illuminas. they are awesome and they are also 5 way damper adjustable. the illuminas are the white ones!

 

I have the illuminas on my crx but they don't make a spring and strut kit for the EM2 in illumina....only the blues's

 

yep that sucks doesnt it. you would think they would make these applications to these cars but they dont. it just doesnt make since!! i say give it a year or two but who wants to wait that long?
