Skunk2 Intake Manifold and Skunk2 Throttle Body Question...

Skunk2 Intake Manifold and Skunk2 Throttle Body Question...
I drive a 99' civic Si. The motor is B16a2. I have a Skunk2 intake manifold(ported to 68mm) and a skunk2 68mm throttle body and i was wondering if i should go ahead and put those on or Would i lose power? Should i wait till i get my skunk2 stage 1 cams and valvetrain? Let me know what you guys think?
