Default '90 Rear Brakes

When I was changing the brake shoes on the rear end of my '90 Accord I accidentally popped one of the pistons out of the wheel cylinder and some brake fluid came out. Does that breach mean I need to bleed the whole system now?

Only if air was allowed to go into the system. Since the brakes weren't depressed, yes, you probably should bleed it off to be safe.
