Default Cam Gears

I have been looking around for a new cam gear for my 91 accord F22A1. just wanted any opinions about what brand to look for.

If you have a stock cam in it, I reccomend none, use the OEM

Any HP you gain by advancing it will be negated by a decrease in torque on the lower end probably. I do believe I have a F22B cam gear kickin around that I would get rid of for super cheap if you want it.

If you arent upgrading your camshafts its really kind of pointless having adjustable cam gears

oh i do plan on upgrading the camshaft. was thinking about delta 272.

then just get an AEM one, if they make them for the f22's Im not too sure but I think they might

yea im pretty sure they do make them for f22s. does anybody know of any other makers of camshafts for f22s?

bisimoto I believe he has a few different opinions available. HondaFan81 (not sure how much he posts here) is currently doing a build with a cam from bisi iirc.
