I boosted my 96 hatch with DSM turbo DSM injectors and what not. But my question is at 1500 RPMs it bounces around a tiny bit. if its below its fine or above its fine. and i cant get the idle set right its either to high or to low or when i hit the gas it goes back to 1500. Any suggestions?

 

Try cleaning out the IACV and make sure the TB gasket is good.

Also make sure your FITv is in working order.
Ive had similiar issues with idle and a small jumping variation, like a 2-step, and traced it back to the FITv. Make sure everything is sealed right on the manifold as well, vaccum leaks can cause strange issues.
