Can anyone fix this slightly blurry photo?

a nice little flex picture... but it turned out a little blurry

Im thinking some photoshop tricks to hide the blur a bit?? I'm not expecting a crystal clear picture.

use a tripod next time, its wayyy to blurry

Yup, only way to get rid of that is to use a tripod, or rest the camera on something and put it on a timer
