This car has not been reg nor taken out my name. I filled out the release of liability but for some reason I getting fines on the car. Dmv does not know why its not out of my name. They received it but for some reason they can't do anything about it unless I make it a pia for you. I can't release it again since I don't have your info. I don't have your information because I lost it and its been since march since the car has been sold. Nor do I have your screen name. I going to have to file it as a abandon car. This is going to make it a pain for you to reg it. Please get ahold of me as soon as possiable. If anyone knows anybody with this car please let them know. Thanks people.

damn man that sucks....smae thing happened to my friend....sold a car then 8 months later had a warrant out for his arrest due to the new owner running over 20 redlights with cameras

when u get another statement from dmv just make up an address and name up. thats what ive always done.
Like gave them my old address with a diff. name.

It was not that hard to get it to smoged. all it had was a vaccum leak. I would of did it for him. I'll take the car back. If I going to have to pay theses fee's and make him a offer on the car. I not sure whats up. I find out more when I hit dmv monday.
