Removing scratches on window visor

I got some window visors for cheap but it looks like they were sanded down with sandpaper, is there a way I can get rid of these scratches?

i had a scratch on one of mine it was pretty deep i wet sanded it with 1500 grit and buffed it ... came right out looks like new
