hey io can get a ninja 250 in decent shape for about 75$ but the motor "went" and i dont know **** about cycle motors..would it be possible to get a new one/ how much/ where?

i would check ebay from time to time. Also, check around for 250 ninja forums. You should be able to snag a running motor for only a few hundred bucks. BTW, what is actually wrong with the current motor?

its a little primitive, but has a small bunch of members.
For $75.00, buy it regardless of the motor. As long as its got a title, and the frame is decent. Who knows, you might be able to fix the motor now. Unless the owner did something brilliant, like running it without oil

 

ok well heres the problem...i cant find a shipping website who will ship for less then 500...and im sure i can shop around and find a RUNNING one around me for 700...so its not that great of a deal unless i can get cheap shipping
