Thinking about picking up an 00 or 01 CRV for a daily driver. Just wondering if anyone on here has/or knows someone who has done done a B20 VTEC build and left it in their 1st gen CRV? I've been searching but haven't come up with anything yet.

i was going to do it but i am stationed in germany right know and wouldnt be able to get it tuned. but i might still do it later on. i was also thinking about jsrc it should have about the same power and for about the same price too.
but its totaly worth it the crv is awsome and has tuner potential too. i can post up some pics of mine if you want.

 

I did one back in the day and turbocharged it. If your car is automatic....dont bother. The trans and Vtec combo just isnt worth the $$$$$. If its five speed,it may be worth it. Not very hard. Any tech with swap knowledge can pull it off.

No real numbers. Was just sitting around one day and did it for fun. The car was put back to stock and traded into an Audi dealer many years ago.

 

damn thats badass I just picked up a '99 5 speed crv and was thinking about c-vtec with a jrsc. Plus I found some ksport coilovers for it, cant really find much else tho. anybody know any places that sell crv parts? any tuners in japan make parts for these besieds mugen, not that I have found any mugen crv parts
