PAINT RIMS OR POWDER COAT???
I have a set of black Advan SA3r's with the red lip. Im getting my car repainted Rio red and the paint guy said he can redo the rims to look like new, and match the rio red the lip. Should i go ahead and do this, or is it a bad choice, should I be powdercoating instead? Also, I need to repaint the center cap that goes over the lugs, so no more super advan sticker, where can I re-order more? Thnaks for your help!

If you powdercoat, it will require disassembly of the wheels because it will be heat treated (baked), unless you want just one color for the entire wheel. As for painting, not only is it cheaper, it's a quicker process i think.
But powdercoating is more durable...will last longer...but both are still no match more curbage

if the curbage isnt to bad i would just leave them original. i own the same wheels but in blue, and without the advan logo or center caps they look like the rota knock offs. but i have thought about polishing them
