I was wondering you could help me out, to the best of my knewledge there is only one type of JDM Integra Type R conversion... Im trying to get my conversion for the best price. But my friend that has a connection wants to bump up the price 400 bucks now for the 99-01 Type R... He said that the integra has a 97-98 and 99-01 and were not talking about the black and chrome housing...Let me know that i am not crazy or if there really is a GEN 1 and 2 why i never hear about this.......thanx

Maybe he means:

Gen 1: 96R spec without HIDs
Gen 2: 98R spec with HIDs.

 

make sure that **** is genuine...1900 sounds way to cheap. & you'll want to kill yourself if it is a fiberglass replica. & HID's for 400 more is a sweet deal too
