how would you rate the performance before/after?
spring rates are 197f / 201-247 progressive in the rear. The back feels likes it sagging sometimes, but I think that's the nature of progressive springs.
In addition to that, I have a much strong front strut tower bar.
Skunk2
Turn is a bit quicker, but understeer will come just as quickly if you don't rotate the car quick enough (lift the throttle a bit).
all in all....expect to pay $60-120 for a set of used ITR springs. Make sure they have less that 10k miles.

I noticed that you have the skunk strut bar. My question is, will both stock and skunk bar fit at the same time?

I thought it might help the front end if you can double up on the braces. Just a thought. I might try it whenever I get around to buying one.

I have Jap. ITR F/R springs, shocks, and LCAs on my otherwise stock '92 VX and these parts made a world of difference on my car. Compared to stock, the ride height was decreased by .75" in front and .5" in the rear which evened out the car a lot.
Turn in is a lot quicker but it has a big tendency to oversteer when not accelerating. When I went Auto-Xing at Hollywood Park my car would bring out the rear end everytime I would lift off the throttle. Around town the car bounces more like an S2000. I have yet to Auto-X with the US ITR f/r swaybars but I will post that info when I do.

yeah i posted pics of my car on itr springs before and people always told me to drop my car, assuming it was stock.
anyway, they handle well but for ek/ej the rear shocks wont fit, and so on stock ex shocks my ride was bouncy.
edit: and if u are thinking about ctr springs, the ctr springs rear will be lower than the front on a coupe because the hatch has less weightin the rear than a coupe does...

don't know...haven't tried. Why would you want to do that? Skunk2 does abetter job that the stock bar because of it's mounting points.
Eh, I had ITR shocks/springs for a couple weeks and it handled nice but looked like total crap so I got GCs instead. Those are 195/50 SP8000s on 15" Z.speeds so a bigger tire would've helped too but oh well... here's the pic of 4x4 ITR spring spec:

(and this is an Si w/ a b18c in it so a stock VX or something would be even higher)

Putting Type R springs on your car will make it unstoppable because remember:
