Annoying idle..Need some help

Annoying idle..Need some help
Ight guys Im really getting sick of my idle. Heres whats its doing. When ever I come to a stop light itll drop down to about 500 and raise back up to 850 or so. Then after being sitting for a while itll start to bounce between 500 and 1000 rpms. Any idea what causes this?
