my phone stoppd making or playing sounds. it is like everything is on mute even in the normal profile. i didnt change anything. it use to make sounds when someone was callin or when i was gettin a text. now it doesnt play any sounds. not even the music i have on there. im positive the normal profile is on. anyone have any suggestions?
