Anyone ever use one of these? The plans are pretty straight forward and if you have access to the machinery not to hard to make ..... just not sure how well this works compared to something like the JD2 benders.

Those work well but for the build time and the cost of parts you can get a JD2 model 3 or Pro tools 105 and add hydraulics to it for about the same price. The dies are where the money is.
