oem equalizer?

i found a part number for a oem equalizer but i cant find a picture of one, can anyone help? Here is the part number-08A09-321-110

Here's an equalizer from an 87 model.

PN 08118-SB3-A0AH

PN 08118-SE3-32AH

Both are on eBay.

i take it that it wont plug into a 99-00 si cd player b/c mine doesnt have that plug on the back>?
