Default Completing the mods (?air/fuel?)

Ok I'm thinking I want to complete the mods to my engine. Right now I have AEM CAI, and Mugen exhaust. The other to mod that a I want to complete are headers of course, and some kind ot fuel/air ratio management system. I'm fine with knowledge about headers but, fuel/air ratio, I'm kind of clueless.
Wondering what you all would suggest for fuel/air ratio management. I been reading about Apex-i V-tec AFC and just keep on getting confused. Basically what I want is to be able to adjust the fuel/air ratio.
Bare with my I unclear about fuel management. Some articles would be helpful, go sites, and experience.
Oh and I did do a search.

Since you only have bolt ons the VAFC will work great for you. Go to a reputable shop and get dyno tuned a soon as you get it installed.
