Default gas meter

tried to search but couldn't find specific answer, my gas/speed meters work but the gas meter fluxuates during hard stops, turns and accelleration. is this the vss(speed sensor) fault and can it affect mpgs. also quick ? should i replace both o2 sensors at 125k miles or just the top one because the bottom still looks good?

its perfectly normal for the fuel gauge to flucuate during turns, hard acceleration and hard braking...
