i jus replaced the thermostat in my 93 civic ex. it takes forever for the car to warm up and the heat barely blows hot air. the upper radiator hose gets hot and the lower hose stays cold. the car isnt overheating, but still takes long as he11 to warm up. plz help me. thx

Take a cardboard box and cut it half the size of the radiator and but it on. It block most of the air from cool the antifreeze but not enough to over heat the car.

 

you put in your thermostat the right way? not upside down?

 

it was this way be4 i did the thermostat, and it still does it. any ideas guys plz i need help. thx
