crazy b16a setup in a 92 hatch!! will this work???

ok this is about to be my setup

stripped out 92 civic dx hb
jdm b16a obd1
no ac no ps!! n1 pulley!!
after market clutch flywheel!!
i/e/h
chipped p28
also slicks!!!!

can i hit 12.00-13.5 range???

shot me some times..........
