I just installed a fresh build and just drop it in today and having a few problems. fisrt off the rebuild was due to a crack stock sleeve so i got a new block with AEBS sleeves.

Well when i start the car it seem to idle fine but there is some idle jumping here and there sound like a bubbling and reason why?

Then there is white smoke coming from the tail pipe is this normal for a fresh build?

And then there is this problem, the car will idle at 1000 rpm and then when i start to drive and come to a light the idle goes to 2000 and then drop to 1500 and stays there again does anyone know why or have had this problem?

you could try to retune it, if ur ecu is chipped its an easy fix on crome.

on crome ther is an easy setting for idle, u just type in the idle u want with warm an cold... i have no idea with hondata.
