Default reversed to first, gauges moving, car isnt

so i was screwin around and wanted to do a burn out, blah blah blahh, i popped the clutch going too fast in reverse, something grinded and sounded like it broke. what i think happened is, that something fell out place, basically it sounds like what ever turns the wheel, is disconnected. ive had a CV joint issue from earlier, i wonder if it could possible be completely messed up now.... gonna get it looked at 2moro, looking for pointers from now :/
can any1 help me out and tell me what they think may be the issue?
