For "too gay" (touge) use, you're going to get flamed in this forum.

That aside. You are asking for an impossible solution.

Smooth for daily driving will require reasonable rear spring rates.
Track and touge require oversteer on demand, which means stiff rear rates.

Pick one (stiff or soft rear), but nothing shy of airbags will let you have both, and I don't imagine bags will give you the performance actual track driving would like.
