Your cars probably gonna blow usually that means you have about 1000 miles until detonation and you have to buy some spoon motors overnight from japan!
In all seriousness this light comes on to tell you routine maintenance needs to be done and it is based off millage it reads nothing off the motor.

Use that as a reference. To reset the light you just push a button under the dash with the ignition on i believe.

all it is is a reminder light that comes on about every 7500 miles, if not, maybe less, to remind you to take care of anything that might need attention at that point. there's a blue? button under the dash, right below the steering wheel that you can push to shut it off. no worries on the light, just a reminder to check your car if you don't touch it much.
